Do I have body dysmorphic disorder?

Body dysmorphic disorder is more than just not liking how your body looks or feeling insecure about your body. Individuals with body dysmorphic disorder are often pre-occupied and spend a lot of their time fixated on part of their body or their overall appearance. Individuals may struggle with intrusive, repetitive thoughts or even compulsions related to their appearance that often impact their daily functioning, relationships with others and focus at school and/or work.
