New Step Therapy is a small but growing group practice located in Lexington, KY. We thrive to grow a supportive team that is open to support one another and engage in monthly or as needed staff consultations and meetings.

We are currently taking applications for mental health therapist position as we grow into a new and larger location January 2026. We currently are looking to hire for the following positions:

-Part-time hybrid or in person W2 therapist (average 10 sessions a week) (average 14 sessions week for individuals seeking supervision part-time CSW)

-Part-time to Full Time hybrid or in person W2 therapist (average 25 sessions with 3 month build up period).
